First Historical Café update ? ?

Hi,
does anyone know how about the actual situation of First Historical Café ? This wonderful place has been closed for 2 years (almost 3 now I realize, after the November 2004 storms)?
At least once a year I check out by visiting, last time (March 07) I spoke to the owner, who did not give me the impression he was optimistic about re-opening, doing repairs, money matters etcetera.
I specifically enquire now because I realise I saw photos from the inside, just yesterday or the day before, somewhere in this forum (someone's reader photographs ?) Don't know whether actual ones or not. Forgot to bookmark the location.
So, does anyone have (good or any) news on this Café ?
