Recommended accomm AND kids activities

We (2 Adults and 2 kids aged 10yrs and 6yrs) are planning to be in Tobago during December. Browsing your 'Forum" and "Reviews" suggests that Cocoreef may not be the best for us. We are interested in a 'Family Resort", prferably all inclusive with Kids' Activities as part of the Hotel program. Recommendations or thoughts, please. If it's any help, we are N. Americans and have been exposed to All Inclusive Family Vacations in Mexico, but I gather Tobago is another 'kettle of fish' altogether. If hotels are not the way to go, then any recommended alternatives. p.s we are looking for a laid back vacation and do not intend to do a lot of eco-tourism.
