Best family holiday we have had. We adored the amazing views from Rainforest apartment. It's open on three sides and like living in a tree house. The bedrooms lock, but otherwise the apartment stays open which takes a little getting used to but is actually part of getting close to nature!
We haven't been to the Caribbean before so seeing the rainforest, exotic birds, flowers, fruit and fish in their natural habitat was really exciting. At night the fire flies light up the trees in the distance. We had a power cut one night and they were so bright - as were the stars!
We had the warmest of welcomes from Porridge, and hiring a car from him was easy. In fact arranging anything with him was easy - from boat trips to getting a replacement toaster. It was great to meet Sue, Steve and Freya too.
Can't wait to go back.
