Helo, We , two elderly people, stayed at alibabas place for 2 weeks in the corner appartment (bat) with full view of both bays. The plave was well kept and very clean. Our hosts, stephanie and brian and their team were most friendly and very helpfull, advising us of tours to make, enabling us to see most of the island.
Having visited other caribian islands, we found Tobago to be more genuin thand other islands, and the people very helpfull and friendly. We do not like the long flight, but that goes with a visit to Tobago.
We send our best regards to all in Castara, and hope to be back one day. Lene and Sven-Erik

thank you for your kind words. we enjoyed having you here and hope to see you again one day!
the corner apartment, by the way, is the "stingray" although you can surely watch the bats from there in the night, too
the apartments are all named after a species you can see from our balconies: stingray, turtle (we have a medium size one in the reef most of the time), Iguana (who lives in the tree in front) and sugar bird (the other name for the banana-quits who try to steal your breakfast).
