I have had a very disappointing experience with the owners of Federal Villas. I called and made a reservation to stay at this place a month before, confirmed with the owner the times we were coming in , how long we were staying and she said that the place was available and we will get to stay there. I just decided to call her again some days before we were to arrive in Tobago to remind her and she said that the place is no longer available and they gave the available rooms to other people,that was the most upsetting experience. Unfortunately for me I had to rush and look for places last minute to stay, this experience was so upsetting. I just believe people should be a weary of this place when decided where to stay in Tobago.
