Located in the village of Bethel, the Island Vacation Inn, is brand new, extremely clean and spacious 10 bedroom guest-house. The establishment sits atop a hillside with two large balconies overlooking the Bucco Reef Bay. The Innkeeper, Molle, immediately makes you feel warm and welcome upon arrival and throughout our visit. During our weekend stay, she cooked a delicious local breakfast of fried mahi-mahi fish, bodi, sada roti with fresh avocado and bird pepper! She is a very friendly lady, full of local charm and hospitality.
PROS: Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable king-sized bed, A/C, beautiful bathroom suites including power shower with hot and cold water. Use of kitchen with full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffee-maker and toaster. Dishes and utensils were very clean. Balcony Views were beautiful and provided a good liming spot at anytime of day. Hearty breakfast and excellent service from Molle.
CONS: No pool but there are plans for one on the hillside behind the house. The road leading into Bethel is a bit narrow, bumpy and not very well lit at night.
Highly recommend the Island Vacation Inn!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Island Vacation Inn. The pictures of the Inn on the website does not do it justice. The Inn is very spacious. The rooms are a nice size and comfortable. Molle, who maintain the inn, is great. She immediately made us feel at home when we arrived. She cooked a scrumptious local breakfast every morning and was very helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner.
The Inn is located in a safe neighborhood and the locals are very friendly. Tobago is a wonderful island and the beaches are great. Our visit to Trinidad and Tobago was our first but definitely not our last.
We'll definitely stay at this villa when we return.

The Inn is very clean and new with large guest rooms and bath. Molle provided great suggestions for sites and meals, and was a wonderful hostess and prepared delicious breakfasts. Staying in the heart of the village of Bethel was perfect to enjoy the local life. The Inn was a short distance to the airport, Scarborough and other attractions -- only a 20 minute walk to the golf course and beach. The Inn also offered a nice view of the reef and ocean, and beautiful sunsets.
We had a wonderful stay at the Island Vacation Inn!
