Our house is your house....
Located in the pristine forest of Tobago, Rainbow Nature Resort is a viable yet ecologicaly friendly resort.
A renovated cocoa drying house nestled in the rainforest offers lodgings for a large family and accomodation for two couples. The converted Cocoa house with its moveable copra tray roof houses a quaint restaurant, a small bar and country inn with 4 tastefully furnished guest rooms with full size and twin beds, private and shared bathrooms, and hot and cold water. Linens are provided.
The main house was built some 40 years ago is still functioning. It offers a unique opportunity to linger at the edge of the tropical rainforest in a style of building fast dissapearing. Located in the foothills of the protected Main Ridge rainforest, hiking is a prme diversion so too is birdwatching.
A fabulous waterfall lies a very short trek from your room, bathing in its waters defy simple description

The Guest House
The main building is a converted Cocoa House built 30 years ago and STILL functioning! It offers a unique opportunity to linger at the edge of the tropical rainforest in a style of building fast disappearing.
During their stay visitors may get a taste of how cocoa (cacao) is processed from growth on cocoa trees to picking of the beans, drying .... and finally sampling a Tobago breakfast beverage specialty 'cocoa-tea'
Guests are free to wander through the gently spreading grounds with its abundant tropical fruit garden. The Estate has 50 acres of land with cocoa, citrus, coffee, mangoes and avocadoes.
The Converted Cocoa house with its moveable copra tray roof houses a country inn with 4 tastefully furnished guest rooms - with full size or twin beds, private (ensuite) bathrooms, hot and cold water. Linens provided.
Each room has a view out to the tropical nature of the surrounding environment.
Rainbow Nature Resort is part of the old Lure Estate, which lies off the beaten track beside a pretty river in Goldsborough. There by the foothills of the Tobago Main Ridge rainforest, under a bamboo canopy with kingfisher birds and small lizards, you will find a beautiful peaceful place a world away from bustle and worry.
A converted Cocoa House - now a Guest House and nature resort - consisting of an eco friendly farm along with a lovely waterfall. Both are named for one of nature's wonders, the Rainbow.
