A very welcoming environment with great food and friendly staff.
The rooms are adequate if you're out all day and just want a place to rest a night.
Very good place for couples and the staff treated locals quite well compared to other establishments.
Will definitely visit again when I'm looking to get away from the bustle of Trinidad : )

Having travelled indepently to Tobago for several years using Monarch/Excel and staying at the Toucan Inn(which seems to be going downhil), we opted for a package this year using Golden Caribbean. Our 3 week stay at Bamboo Walk was great with good sized superior rooms and a decent restaurant, The pool was fine, although small, but with the best sun loungers we have seen in Tobago. Staff were friendly and although we do not like Karaoke it was no bother for us. Yes Tourism organised a flight to Trindad for us which removed the hassle for us. All in all, as long as you have a car it is a perfect place to stay.

My Husband and I spent our honeymoon here for 5 days. It was a great experience, nice and quiet. The room was clean and neat. Maid service was good; always on professional. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Meals at the Surf and Turf Restaurant was delicious.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
Keep up the good work Bamboo Walk.

The visit was a good one however the advertised rooms on the internet can be a bit misleading. The staff I must say was very courteous and understanding. We were a little disappointed because the info on the internet said it was overlooking the golf course but there was no way for us to see anything at all. Oh the food was very tasty but a tad bit on the expensive side for the portions served

The Bamboo Walk Hotel is a must stay in Tobago with its beautiful and peaceful surroundings, cozy rooms, ideal location to all the major spots on the island, competitive pricing, gracious staff and excellent cuisine. We stayed for just 4 nights and we will definitely be returning soon.
We originally planned to have dinner at a different restaurant every night but after tasting Phillip’s juicy, melt-in-your-mouth, done-just-right steak (I’m still trying to get the recipe from him), having dinner every night at the Surf and Turf was a no-brainer. For the best Karaoke and BBQ on the island, be there on a Friday night and if you are lucky enough to have the option of barracuda (type of fish) try it, you will like it. If you love a good pasta, then you must try the Shrimp Alfredo, creamy, rich, just the way pasta should be. And don’t forget the lobster. Tobago losters generally have a special flavour but when Phillip puts his touch, its becomes something to remember. With the freshest basil straight from garden to plate, the Surf and Turf is definitely a hidden secret. Or did I mention Phillip’s sashimi?
I must also mention a very special person, Divine. Apart from having the most pleasant smile, she can sing better than a kisskedee, make the best pina coladas and she is an exceptional hostess/waitress/receptionist. I also hear she is a masseuse. There was one night in particular when she took the extra time to make dinner even more special for us. She dressed the dinner table with special linens, fresh local flowers and candles. I will never forget her gesture, thank you Divine. Thanks also goes to Joanne who was always there to say hello and ensure that we were very comfortable.
I highly recommend you consider the Bamboo Walk hotel on your next visit to Tobago....Ravi and Marrisa.
