First glance, very nice beautiful scenery however a little cleaning can be done to enhance it.

Front Desk, very polite and professionlaism was carried out throughout my stay by all level of staff.

Room Service, efficient and up to standard.

Laundry Service, ridiculously OVERPRICED.

Resturants, RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED for food that will full a toddler cause it cannot full an adult, its d carribbean make normal size portions. However the taste was good because they use local seasoning.

Pool was safe and fun.

Pool and beach service efficient and up to standard.

I enjoyed my stay because I made the best of it but I will not return.

There are many good things about the resort including the beach and the lagoon.The fish are superb.The food was generally pretty good and going all inclusive is a must.

Only a couple of factors which disappointed.Firstly the entertainment was good but too little and for such a short time(all over by 10.00pm and only an hours duration).Serious effort is needed here as there are few reasons

for older people to leave the resort in the evening.

Secondly and perhaps more importantly we felt the room and bathroom were very tired and a refurbishment is urgently needed.

With the frequent showers it is important that all balconies

have a rain canopy to allow one to sit outside and prevent

furniture getting wet.Some do -our,s did,nt!

We arrived at Coco Reef on 04th November 2010 and whilst our tour operator made a few errors, namely not reserving my accomodation on the ground floor the hotel within 30 minutes of my arrival had my room ready and available and 2 days later we had a big suprise when both my room and my friend's were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.

The staff here are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble, they are always happy and Eric the General Manager is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble for anyone, and he made a point of speaking with many guests during our stay to ensure we were all happy with the service we were being given.

One day during our stay I took ill due to the humidity and was unable to make dinner, and I was suprised when the staff rang my room to offer tea and upon arrival they also brought me soup.Thank you guys for the wonderful and unexpected service you provided.

The accomdation is beautiful just as you see on this web site, and the food was wonderful with a help yourself buffet breakfast to whatever you wanted and well presented evening meals in the restaurant.

We also went out in Zoe the speedboat for a few hours and the scenery is stunning with beautiful coves and bays to visit, our thanks to Peter for showing us some stunning areas. The beach here at Coco reef is beautiful and the amount of fish in the lagoon is amazing, we fed the fish daily and have some stunning photos of our stay.

This is the best beach holiday ever and we will return.

My husband and I stayed here last year for his birthday and we had a great time. It was one of the most relaxing weekends we had spent in a long time. We spent some weekends at the original hotel in the 1980's and enjoyed it a great deal so we just wanted to visit in the upgraded state. The food was excellent at both restaurants and service was top notch. The ambiance was just perfect. I love this place and really enjoyed our stay last year. The stay was wonderful, although we were disappointed that the pool could not be used. The staff, especially Patrice, was very attentive. We would not forget Patrice.

Warm welcome, rooms clean and bright but safe did not function.Location of hotel leads to split access to beach and pool facilities.Food generally good but eating and self service areas very cramped.Service a bit haphazard.
