A very nice place to stay, location is perfect, just a few yards from the beach and five minutes walk from the airport. The rooms are clean and fully equiped. There is a slow service and the cooking is ordinary, but with food it's very hard to satisfy the Italians!!!

It's the perfect hotel to begin and to finish your holiday, only some steps and you can find all you need: car hire, petrol station, bank, supermarkets. From here we organized our tour all over Tobago.

Finally, don't forget that approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel there is the beautiful Pigeon Point!!!

Very old inferior rooms, terrible rude staff, excellent location, average restaurant, slow service, water and electricity off a lot of the time.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times because of its location right by the airport, restaurants and beach, but the place and staff have deteriorated, partly since the new managment.

A very nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and also very helpfull.

Our room/apartment was very nice and clean, could have been some more kitchen"tools".

I want to recommend the hotel restaurant and especially the meatdishes. We went back several times and eat at the hotel only because the good food.

I stayed at Johnsons Apt. always very welcoming, its llike a little family and because we sit out on the lawn wehave the chance to interact with the guests from Crown Pont Beach Hotel as they go pass to get to the beach and food court.

Johnsons Apt and Crown Point is like one big family, every one is usually very friendly. My friends and I have enjoyed using the resturant, bar and pool,we have lost some serious money in the Casino but it was all in the name of FUN, the Rum Punch Parties were great. However my only negative is the way I was rudely turned away by your reception staff when I tried to use the Email and Internet service which I was informed that it was for the use of hte guests. The white foreign people had no problems using this service.

You did ask?

Me and my family stayed here in December of 2007. While we had no major issues with the our accommodation. The level of customer service a little inconsistent. That is to say, the hotel reception and bar staff were very friendly. However the restaurant staff gave the impression that they "had seen it all before. Who cares if your a guest here". Left unabated, this attitude could have an adverse impact on the number of guest that return to the hotel.

Having said that, overall I would recommend this hotel to other guests (on a Budget or with a large family. I.E more than two children)as it is situated in a great location. One of the most popular beaches in Tobago is Pigeon Point which is approximately 3-5 mins drive from the hotel. The pool area was always clean and wasn't over crowded and there was easy access from the hotel to another popular beach which is Store Bay. I guess the big question is, would I stay there again? Well the answer is yes. It has a lot more going for it despite one or two staff members still unaware of where their salaries come from.
