I stayed at enchanted waters with my boyfriend in january 2010 .We expected a nice hideaway, not too fancy but cosy and maybe romantic with nice family treatment. As they say when you come there you are treated like family ... what we got was completely different. First our rooms were not ready for some 4 hours or more . The service was terrible, there was no professionalism and once we got our rooms they just handed us the keys and that was it. No directions to the room, no help with the bags nothing.

We took the most expensive room only to find out it was one of the oldest rooms. The bed sheets looked like they have been using them from the inception of the hotel... they were disgusting. The room was falling apart and the bathroom was disgusting. We paid extra for a jacuzzi tub but what we got was a dirty bathtub with no stop cork so it couldnt be used... not like I wanted to. We asked numerous times for the stop cork and no one ever helped us.

For the rest of the 5 days we spent all our time away from the hotel as we absolutely hated the feeling there. When leaving I was certain someone would have asked us how was our stay but no we took our bags to the car , handed the key to the bar guy and that was it. Not even a good bye.

I would never return or recommend this hotel. Spend your money somewhere else.

I must say that i really enjoyed my stay at Enchanted Waters. Arriving at the hotel we (my girlfriend & I) noticed that it looks just as amazing as in the pics. Management was friendly. We were greeted at the bar area by Ms. Patino. Very informative lady. Gave us the key and showed us to our room. The room's capacity is very spacious as we were in the executive suite. Large bed, the jacuzzi worked!!!! made breakfast on the kitchenette on the balcony (which i found very cool). we loved it. rooms were cleaned for us every morning. the pool was great (except for that one night wen this freestyle olympic swimming frog swam past us), but a quick word with the staff and that problem was quickly rectified. bar staff and restaurant service was excellent. 5 min drive from the airport and the Store Bay beach.

This was a really fun getaway for us and would definitely recommend anyone who wants a relaxing, enjoyable, fun-filled holiday to stay at Enchanted Waters.

My only regret was that we had to leave.

I went to Tobago a few months ago for the first time. I stayed at the Enchanted Hotel for five days. It was a beautiful setting with a cozy atmospere. The people were very nice and informative, From the security guard to the owners. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the food at their restuarant was incredible.

I would strongly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a quiet, romantic getaway.

My gf and I both had an enjoyable without any problems. Great service, nice amenities and decent location! The sounds of the man made waterfalls were quite relaxing as well! We will re-visit based on these factors and I'll be sure to spread the word!
