Information on how to get your property listed on myTobago
Every property offering accommodation to visitors to Tobago* is entitled to a listing on myTobago.info. In fact listing is not optional - if we hear about a property offering or advertising accommodation on Tobago, we shall list. As the definitive tourist guide to Tobago, we feel it important that visitors have a resource where they can read, post and enjoy objective discussion of EVERY tourism-related business on Tobago.
As the largest source of accommodation leads for Tobago (16,400 enquiries in 2008), there is NO valid reason why a property would NOT want to be included in our listings. We therefore make no apology for treating properties that do not want to be listed with some degree of suspicion.
If your property is NOT listed, it is because we do not know about it. This is easily corrected. Simply email me at .
Do not assume that your property is not listed simply because you do not find it in the main listings. The best way to check is to use the Advanced Search facility on the main Accommodation page. Enter any one word of the property name in the name box. If the property is listed, it will appear on the subsequent listing page and show you which category it is listed in.
Listing on myTobago.info is subject to a token £25.00 listing fee. This includes subscription to our Reader Enquiry Service for the current calendar year.
Please note that we are NOT a reservation agency. There is no charge or commission on reservations. We are perfectly happy to work with reservation agents. However, we ONLY send enquiries/reservations to third parties with the express knowledge and permission of the owner of the property, as is right and proper.
* To qualify for listing, the property must normally offer visitor accommodation for a minimum of eight months per year. Whe do not normally list properties that are reserved for owner/family use for more than four months of the year. However, listings are on a discretionary basis, so please do not hesitate to contact me if your property falls foul of this restriction.
