Information on how to get your property listed on myTobago

Every property offering visitor accommodation on Tobago for at least nine months of each year is entitled to a free listing on myTobago.info.

May I please repeat - EVERY property is entitled to a FREE* listing on this site.

If your property is NOT listed on myTobago currently, it is simply because we do not know about it. This is very easily corrected. Simply email me at . You can then either send me full details by email - or use our online update program.

The first thing is to check whether your property is listed. Do NOT simply judge this by whether it appears in the main listings. Your property may be in our database, but excluded from the main listings for either of the following reasons:

• Properties are excluded if we have no valid email contact address for enquiries. The majority of our readers are based internationally. There is no point in presenting them with properties that they cannot contact easily.
• Properties will be excluded if enquiries are handled by a rental agent, or other third-party, who has failed to provide permission from the owner.
• Properties will be excluded if we have little or no information about the features and facilities of the property (see Features tab of the listings). There is no point suggesting properties to readers if we can't tell them anything about the property.

To check whether your property is being excluded for any reason, use the Advanced Search facility on the main Accommodation page and enter any one word of your property name in the Name: box. If your property appears in the subsequent listing page, any exclusion reasons will be stated in blue at the bottom of the listing panel.

Please note that we are NOT a reservation agency. There is no charge for listing or charge/commission on reservations. We are as happy to work with agents as owners (in fact we favour agents because it means a single source of contact and information and can make life simpler for me). However, it is only right and proper that we ONLY send enquiries/reservations to third parties with the property owner's express knowledge and consent.

* We make no charge to owners or agents and strongly condemn any agent/third-party who gives the impression that myTobago makes a charge. Any agent so doing will be immediately de-listed should we receive that they are giving this impression to clients.
