The Mot Mot Trail
A stunning stretch of coast between Arnos Vale (on right) heading north-east towards Culloden. Tobago's most expensive (and over-hyped) rental villa,
Villa Being, can be seen in the centre of the photograph. An old trail known as the Mot Mot Trail is the only access along this stretch of coast.
Visitors in rental vehicles should NOT attempt this trail. Several sections are virtually impassable and your vehicle insurance will be invalid
for off-road travel. The sandy bay on the left is Anse Fromager, known to locals under other names.
This photograph was taken at high tide. Beaches will appear very much narrower than normal, or may even have disappeared.
