Hummingbird Chicks
Reproduced here at around four times real size, this tiny egg-cup sized nest with two chicks was photographed
on the edge of Castara main beach. Note the 'string' which the mother hummingbird has woven and tied around
the upper branches to prevent the nest from being blown away in the wind.
