The 1,059ft2 Beach Villa is located between the Banyan Clubhouse & Bar and the club’s Beachfront Café and directly adjacent to the small sandy beach. The villa has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower; a second bedroom with double bed and a third with two single beds. There is also a sleeping alcove with double single bunk beds. The villa will therefore sleep a total of eight persons. Additional facilities include a full ‘family’ bathroom with shower, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with dishwasher. The open patio with table and chairs looks over the sea. There is also a covered porch.
The 950ft2 2-bedroom Courtyard apartments are located, as one might imagine, around the central courtyard, at the centre of the property. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with full en suite bathroom; the second bedroom a double bed with glazed sliding windows leading to a small balcony at the front of the property. A sleeping alcove between the two bedrooms offers four bunk beds. The main living area has a further double ‘Murphy’ pull-down bed. The apartment could therefore sleep a total of ten persons. A second bathroom with shower leads off the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A washer and dryer are provided in a neat built-in cupboard. Glazed sliding doors lead off the living area onto an open patio with a plastic table and four chair and offering limited views towards the sea.
The 830ft2 two-bedroom Garden apartments are located on the ground floor, at the quieter rear of the property. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom; the second bedroom has either two single divans or a double bed. A sleeping alcove provides a further four bunk beds, so the total sleeping capacity of these apartments is eight persons. There is a second master bathroom with shower and a full kitchen with dishwasher, plus a washing machine and dryer. Large and wide glazed sliding windows give access onto a large open patio with table and chairs and provide direct access to the garden courtyard, which features a hot tub.
Located on upper floor of the main two-storey building, the 650ft2 A-Plus apartments offer a single loft bedroom with queen-sized bed and a small bathroom (toilet and washbasin). Four additional beds are provided either in a semi-private second bedroom or via pull-out divans in the living area and a semi-open bedroom in the loft area. These apartments therefore have a comfortable sleeping capacity of seven persons. There is a single bathroom with shower off the living area, whilst glazed sliding doors lead to a private balcony with table and chairs.
Offering 570ft2 of accommodation space and located on the ground floor of the property, the B-Plus apartments offer a single bedroom with queen bed and a sleeping alcove with four bunk beds. There is a single bathroom with shower and a large open balcony. These apartments sleep a maximum of 6 persons.
Fractionally smaller than the A-Plus apartments, at 560ft2, these apartments are similar but lack the half-bathroom in the main bedroom. The loft bedroom is furnished with two single divan beds, with an additional double ‘Murphy’ drop-down bed in the living area. These apartments therefore sleep a maximum of 6 persons.
At 450ft2, the B-Type apartments are simple ‘efficiency’ (i.e. self-catering) studios. They provide two day beds, a single roll-away bed and a double ‘Murphy’ drop-down double bed. They offer adequate accommodation for up to four persons.
