Arcadia Great Houseis perched at the top of Orange Hill just outside Scarborough with panoramic views over the town, the ocean and on a clear day the North Coast of Trinidad! By far one of the most breathtaking views on the Island .It is the perfect location for weddings, family reunions and retreats.
All 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning and the constant ocean breezes.
The Master suite opens onto the spacious veranda with a simply breathtaking view of the Scarborough Bay with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The three other bedrooms upstairs share two bathrooms. Two have 2 full/queen beds,one has a double bed and there are also 4 twin beds that can be moved around to suit.
The Kitchen:Fully equipped with all pots & pans and utensils that you will need plus cutlery and dishes for 18.
The Bathrooms:3 renovated bathrooms upstairs with walk in showers and one 2pc. bathroom with change room off the downstairs veranda.
The Living/Dining room: Large Living room and dining room with seating for 12, furnished and very comfortable for lounging with wall to wall French doors that open out on to the wrap around veranda.
The Pool and Entertainment Area: There is a 25 meter swimming pool with large entertainment area complete with large built in barbecue and outdoor shower.
The Gardens: three acres provide ample room for strolling and roaming and even jogging up the 300 ft. driveway!

Because of work & the pandemic ive been stuck in T&T , I recently visited my niece at Arcadia Villa for her 25th birthday and was quite disappointed , Although the view was extremely beautiful , the pool was unkept, the house was very clean but 2 upstairs bathrooms toilet weren't working /leaking visibly , the AC units in the bedrooms weren't working . In one area the cupboard door fell off . You are renting a property that is on badly need of repairs , renovations & timely housekeeping . I recommend you please fix up before you do, don't try to scam unsuspecting visitors . As beautiful the view was I was highly disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone .

This place was fantastic!!! Arcadia could use a bit of upgrading e.g. wifi with TVs would be nice, but overall if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy complete peace and tranquility...this is the place. And of course, the pool was second to none. Our team of 16 people was very please. The place is so big that everyone had his/her own space, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for many. This is my place to stay in Tobago whenever I visit.
