Bon Accord Development is close activities, restaurants and shops of the Crown Point area. The largest supermarket (Penny Savers) is within walking distance. Despite its central location, the area is quite safe ( security booth at end of road) and quiet. They airport is less than 5 minutes away by car.
Enjoy the privacy of your own garden from a large verandah which spans the full length of the house. BBQ pit is also available.
The accommodation is quite comfortable with air conditioning in both bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the airy open Living/ Dining and Kitchen area. Hot and Cold water is provided and Cable TV. A fully equipped kitchenette is also provided.
Private parking facilities for up to 2 cars is available.
