Having stayed at the Villa J'Ouvert some time in July 2011 which was a vast contrast to the Mock Turtle, the villa J'Ouvert was run down to say the least and very dirty and poorly maintained, the bath tubs were rusted etc. On the other hand the Mock Turtle was very well kept and maintained, an overall wonderful atmosphere,my mother and a friend came in from the US to spend sometime with us and they had an absolute blast. They cannot wait to come again.

A group of us stayed at Mock Turle for a long weekend and just as the satisfaction rating stated is was neutral satisfaction nothing more, nothing less. The place was situated in a remote and quiet area, had all the amenities and utensils needed to satisfy ones stay. However there were times of dissapointment.
When we arrived at the villa, the airconditioning in the master room was broken down for 3 days/nights. During our 5 day stay the pool was never cleaned and it would appear, neither was the villa. We even had to wash all our bed linens before use and even dispose of some of the pillows. After contacting management on several occassions to have these issues resolved, we were left without any reprive, for which management made no appologies.
We made the most of our stay, since we had hope to have a weekend of fun and relaxation, however I am sure we will not be staying at Mock Turtle again.

This villa is perfect in a nice area close to beautiful beaches if you feel the need to leave the house and dont want to go very far.............one of my best trip to tobago
a net well compacked house with everything needed for a great weekend its a home away from home.........a must try
