Best vacation ever. The place is great. The staff very helpful, very understanding, very patient and accomodating. Love the ambience of this villa. Would recommend it to everyone. Yes the plave had a break in earlier this year but they have made security changes i feltvery very safe with my family. Thanks Abraham realty staff. Will book again soon

Well first off when we got there (on Thursday) while handing over the key the property manager only then realized that the 600gallon tank was leaking and therefore if Wasa didn't send water my family and I would be doomed because there was another tank there that was very small. The plumber came and said that everywhere in Tobago would be close as it's a holiday so we would have to wait because it could not be repaired. Anyway on Saturday (2days later) a tank was dropped and the plumber came to install it, while there we brought it to the property Manager's attention that the major refrigerator was not colding so we needed to use the small fridge in the 2br apt. The property manager told us the plumber was the person to talk to about it. The plumber himself didn't know what he was doing because again after he left the fridge still was not colding or making ice.

I can go on and on about the cobweb and rusty windows or even the toilet seat that was not attached to the toilets but let me touch the main issue. WE WERE ROBBED.

Everyday since we were there we carpooled however on Sunday we all decided we were going to the beach and took all 4 cars. We were gone for such a short period that we didn't even carry snacks and drinks. 10.30am-2.30pm. Within that time someone with another key came in and robbed us of some valuables and locked the doors when they left. When we called the property manager he did not act surprise. We informed the police and they came about 8.30pm. 4 officers came and checked out the place and the way they were moving we could tell they were baffled by the robbery. The main officer in charge insured that the specialist doing fingerprint came that same night. Both sets of officers told out family that someone with a key came in and that it was not a break in. They said someone who is accustom coming in came in and robbed us and that we should seek compensation from the owners. We told Mr. Abraham from Abraham's realty this and all he said was he was gonna change the key. We are yet to get compensation or even a reply to our email that was sent the day after we left.

My family is shaken up because that same person could have entered while we slept.
