Me and my wife, Melinda, spent an amazing honeymoon at Top o`Tobago. As entrepreneurs in the financial business we have seen dozens of amazing places and locations around the world. We very rarely sleep in hotels and prefer apartment houses / villas. The two weeks a Top o' Tobago were the best ever. The villa is in a romantic location in Arnos Vale. When we arrived, we felt like children that discovered a secret wonder land. Palm trees everywhere, flowers and a spectacular view.

The villa ist very comfortable and we felt at home from the very first moment. Hugh, the villa manager, is a very special and caring person. After a week, we made him our witness for the wedding - so this shows how much he made us feel at home. The villa is fully serviced. The very sympathetic personnel cleans the pool and villa on a regular basis. We will return for sure and bring all our friends along, since there are three cabanas to stay at. We will take the villa ;) Thats for sure!

I was in Tobago for a week. A friend was getting married and booked Top O Tobago as accomodation. When I arrived I was amazed. It was so nice and comfortable. I shared a very nice cabana with its own kitchenette and a lovely patio with a view. As a group, it was perfect. We all spend a lot of time at the top in the "main house" with a full kitchen, dining table and living room, complete with books, videos and games. I can't imagine a more comfortable place to spend time with friends. It was also very close to a beach, walking distance.

Hugh was the best. He was so knowledgeable about the island and very friendly. I can't imagine staying anywhere now.

In May 2007, my boyfriend and I traveled to Tobago for a friend's wedding. Our friend had selected Top O' Tobago for our week-long home.

Hugh, the on-site manager, was kind enough to pick us up from the airport and gave us a great tour of the island as we made our way to the villa.

The location is unbeatable...high atop Tobago, there is a breathtaking view of the ocean mingled with the mountainous landscape of the island. The entire resort is peaceful and extremely quiet - every morning we awoke to the sound of hummingbirds feasting outside our window.

The walk to and from the beach is steep, but breathtaking as the manicured trail leads you past a bamboo labrynth and eventually to a cozy cove with great opportunity for snorkeling.

Our rooms were clean and the grounds meticulously cared for. Hugh was an incredible resource and offered his island expertise any time we had a question. Frequently he took us into town to gather the necessary sundries for each day. He was a joy to be around and made our experience everything we wanted.

Our friends married on the beach but the reception was back at Top O' Tobago and could not have been more beautiful. The main house is equipped with a kitchen, making it the perfect location for a catered event and unlike commercial hotels, midnight swims and nosy neighbors were never a problem.

We lived a week of complete relaxation and luxury for a more than reasonable price and would recommend Top O' Tobago to anyone headed to the Carribbean. If you're looking for a destination wedding or just to get away, this is an intimate, unique experience that anyone would love and we will never forget.

The villa our wedding party stayed at was beyond expectations in all aspects. It's located in a fantastic, quiet, secluded hilltop only 7 mins walk from the nearest beach where the snorkelling only 20yds from the shore around the coral reefs and marine fish has to be seen to be believed. Ideal location for a group of friends to relax on the island.

The cabanas were large and very comfortable and the multiple levels and balconies including a nice barbecue and swimming pool area created an altogether memorable holiday and experience. Hugh, the owner, was also very helpful in providing advice and information about the island and even ferried us around the island sometimes. Excellent value for money - Thanks Hugh!!

I can not recommend topotobago more highly. It is an amazing

place to stay and Hugh was a superb host. The house, pool, bbq

area, cabanas and gardens made it the perfect retreat to

unwind in. Nine of us stayed there for one week and there was plenty of space and things to do. I had my wedding reception outside ,near the main house and it looked perfect.Hugh helped the caterers set the tables up beautifully. He showed us around Plymouth and had many suggestions regarding outings, resturants etc that made our stay in tobago all the more special. We cannot thank him enough nor recommend it as a holiday venue more.

Thanks a million
