This new, gorgeously finished 4 bedroom estate house set on nearly 3/4 acres of beautifully landscaped mature gardens with large willow trees, pines and palms. The house is finished with a very unique and exquisite coral stone floors throughout the house and on the pool surface and very high rafted, Caribbean hard wood shingled roof.
The house is situated a few hundred feet away from Black Rock beach in Mount Irvine and is constantly blanketed by a cool Caribbean Sea breeze. It is a minutes drive away from the famous Mount Irvine Golf Course and 10 minutes away from the new Hilton golf course.
The house surrounds the pool with the master bedroom, and living/dining rooms opening up onto the pool area. The pool is also surrounded by lush tropical palms and also incorporates a covered wet bar.
The house comes with maid service, cable and stereo. If you need to keep in contact with your office there is a built in private air conditioned office with fax for your convenience.
The house is fully fenced and 2 minutes away from shops , restaurants and all amenities.
