Just off the Shirvan Road is this newly-built mediterranean-style villa, surrounded by an exquisite landscapped garden. The 2 story villa is beautifully furnished to a very high standard, and has quality appliances. From the entrance foyer (with powder room) opens the living, dining, fully-fitted kitchen and master bedroom. The large verandah with crossed handrails is accessed via french doors off the living and dining rooms and has a curved staircase descending to the garden, gazebo and swimming pool. A lovely teak staircase leads up from the entrance foyer to the lounge and study on the first floor. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open off the lounge and there is a verandah across the front of the building.
