We have been coming to Tobago on holiday for the past 20 years and this is absolutely the best accommodation we have rented. The location, on the beach in quiet undeveloped Parlatuvier, is superb. The beach right in front of the house is uncrowded and quiet. Nothing disturbs the peace except for the bull frogs in the village pond. Fresh fish available every day on the jetty as the boats come in is beautiful. Everyone there was so friendly and, anxious that we enjoyed ourselves. The property is extremely well equipped and maintained. There, was nothing to beat liming on the deck, Carib or rum punch in hand watching the sun go down. Can't wait for our next visit!!!!

The property photos and descriptions here and on AirBnb are accurate. The house is clean and very charming. It has lots of personality; we would describe it as "upscale fisherman's house". The deck is huge and overlooks the beach and fishing jetty. There are mature trees to the sides and rear that give privacy. The sandy beach in front is clean; the bay is generally calm; the snorkelling is "average" for Tobago but there is also excellent snorkelling at beautiful Englishman's Bay just a 10-minute drive away. The pool is a great way to cool off during the day. Lots of opportunity to interact with friendly locals. This is the only Parlatuvier tourist accommodation right on the beach.

We met various "Crown Point daytrippers" on the beach who asked to look around the house, and wished they had booked this property instead of their hotel. (And in our opinion, it doesn't make sense to come all the way to Tobago from North America or Europe and not immerse yourself in the local environment. It's unique and it's fun.)

The property manager & staff are very friendly and made every possible effort to help us enjoy our 2-week stay.

Our only caution would be to be aware of nighttime insects; we found it necessary to use the netting over the bed.

If you like quiet and peaceful with sun sea sand then this is the best place on the Island. We loved it! The breezy interior and the spacious well furnishe deck made a/c totally unecesssry and we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves through open windows. Perfect.

We heard about this place from a friend and how great it was so we had to check it out. Let me say this is a little piece of heaven and more. The route to get there is beautiful and scenic as you pass along the mountains and coastline of Tobago to get there which is about 45 -60 minutes from the airport but the drive is worth it. The house is located in a quiet village which is very peaceful the people are very friendly and helpful. I could not believe how close this house is to the beach anything closer and you could jump of the patio to go for a swim. The house is very nice, comfortable, has everything you could need. The Master bedroom is huge with a a doorway leading to the patio, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean and take in the cool ocean breeze. The kitchen has all utensils for cooking and is very clean as well as the bathrooms. The place is very quiet and safe we had all the windows opened the entire time absorbing the fresh air and calming sounds of the ocean. About 5 minutes walk from the house there is a beautiful waterfall with crystal clear spring water, the walk to is is amazing as you walk through a pathway with lush green trees and plants and passing by the streams created from the waterfall. This trip was unforgettable and can't wait to get back there soon. It is truly a paradise. The owners was amazing in communicating with us and made us feel like family.

Thank you Again

If you are looking for peace and quiet ... thatīs where you will find it!

The location is amazing. I absolutely loved walking up and down the beautiful beach and my little hike into the rainwood forest. There seems to be zero tourism going on in this area, I only met a few very friendly local people around the Villa.

The drive from the airport is a bit "longer", but extremely interesting and fun! I especially enjoyed driving thru the rainforest with the occasional "surprise-cow" on the street.

The little shop in the village will provide you with what you need, I do however recommend that you do your shopping before you drive to Parlatuvier Bay.

The traditional wooden house is a very special place too - I loved listening to the rain on the roof... very relaxing!

The owners are lovely people and they made sure that I had all the support I needed for my stay.

I'd would love to go back!

If I would have to put my stay at the Villa Di Sorissi in a nutshell I would say: PEACE, JOY and HAPPINESS!
