Kiskadee is a modern three-bedroomed villa with swimming pool. It is located on the popular Bon Accord development within walking distance of Pigeon Point and all the facilities of the popular Crown Point area.

Kiskadee is a holiday villa in the Bon Accord area of Tobago. Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms (large master bedroom en suite), large living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD, CD/Radio, telephone and a private pool. The villa is child friendly and the villa has two separate fold out beds, meaning the villa can sleep up to eight people. The gardens are privately enclosed and landscaped around a spacious patio area with ample seating and sun loungers. The patio area was re-tiled with non-slip tiles in 2009. There is also a BBQ for guest's use.
Our local team in Tobago manages the villa, to ensure your stay is problem free. included in the booking price is regular house keeping, private evening security, garden and pool maintenance service and a meet and greet service upon arrival. We also include free airport transfers for bookings of 1 week or more.
There is a well-equipped utility room, providing washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa has a safe for storage of valuables and is equipped with an intruder alarm and evening security for added peace of mind.
Within the villa, there is a wide selection of local interest books and guides, playing cards, board games and some recipe books. There is also a guest's address book, containing useful numbers to contact guides, taxi's and local restaurants.

Had a fabulous 2 weeks. Fantastic pool with outdoor area . Situated close to crown point it's a short walk to all the restaurants and bars .Air con in bedrooms, one bedroom with en suite. The open plan lounge and kitchen is very airy with ceiling fans. The property manager and the cleaner are very friendly and can't do enough to help you. The owner is easy to do business with and has in my opinion everything covered. This property was an excellent choice and would highly recommend.
