Trinidad & Tobago is a independent twin-island Republic. In contrast to Trinidad, Tobago is like paradies; unspoilt rainforest, secluded beaches, relaxed and helpful people. "Beware: Addictive" This should be the slogan for Tobago, an idyll that is characterised by island charme and natural beauty. Tourists will find a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere to recover and escape for a while from the "concrete jungle" back home. The Sealevel Guesthouse is located in Castara, a ideal place for nature-lovers, peace-seekers and families with little children. Castara is located at the north-east coast, close to the worlds first nature-preserve. For traveller who need more "actions" like clubs, bars, shops etc. I can highly recommend Store Bay or Pigeon Point, down by the airport in the south of Tobago. The distance from Castara to Scarborough, the capital, is about 25 min. by car; to the airport about 40 minutes. WELCOME TO PARADISE!

This is the our first time to the Caribbean and Josh's Sea Level Guest House us just right for us! We had a studio apartment with beautiful greenery all around. The best was the short walk past 1 house to the beach. There was no air conditioning, but a big fan was provided and that was plenty for us. We would ask for the bug netting next time for there are invisible mosquitoes that you don't feel but leave bumps on you that itch! Josh was friendly and helpful in anything we asked him. We would definitely go back and stay there again. It is right in the middle of the island and you can rent a car right in Castara for exploring the Island. You don't need a car for everyday because there are restaurants and stores in the village. They also have a bakery on Tuesday and Saturday where you can order your bread in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Music on Wednesday night in little Castara and music at the Coffee House on Friday. We had the trip of our life and cannot wait to do it again.

We stayed 6 nights in Sealevel guesthouse over New Years Eve 2015/16. A very good place to come down and relax. Joshua is always there when needed and ready to help and find solutions. Some apartments have sea view others don't, but you are surrounded by the noise of the nature everywhere. Our apartment was ok, but needs some refreshments.
