Situated high up on the Mount Irvine Estate, a very modern stylish house in a fantastic position giving this property wonderful views across the golf course and out to the Caribbean Sea.
Accommodation Details
Very large living dining room with double height ceiling, many windows and numerous doors leading out on to a spacious covered terrace with outside furniture and pool furniture. Fully equipped kitchen and a cool shady rear patio. There is a laundry room with gate to carport and door from kitchen to covered terrace. To the rear of the kitchen is a small double bedroom with twin beds put together and en suite shower room. Ceiling fan and split air-conditioning unit.
From the living area there is a Master bedroom with king-size double bed, cable TV, numerous windows and wonderful views across the gardens, golf course to the sea in the distance. Doors lead to a covered veranda with wonderful views to the Buccoo Reef. En suite full bathroom, window air-conditioning unit, and ceiling fan. On the same level, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, covered balcony overlooking the pool terrace with views over gardens, golf course and sea in the distance. Split air-conditioning unit, and ceiling fan.
Down a few steps from the living area is a further twin bedroom with en suite shower room and covered patio leading out on to the lawn with views across the gardens and golf course. Split air-conditioning unit, and ceiling fan. A further double bedroom with king size bed and large en suite full bathroom and covered patio leading out on to the lawn with views across the golf course. Window air-conditioning unit. The beds in the double bedded rooms are two single beds joined together to make a large king size bed. There are a large number of windows throughout this house, allowing a breeze to blow through almost constantly and keeping it very cool.
Outside Facilities
Large swimming pool of about 34 x 20 feet on raised terrace with railings all around, and wonderful views across the golf course to the sea in the distance. Big lawned gardens and locking gate at entrance to drive.
Services
Carol, the housekeeper is available daily except Sundays, normally from 9:30am - 2pm and can prepare breakfast and other meals by private arrangement. Linen changed every three days, towels every other day. Personal laundry by private arrangement

Good: Pool was clean, rooms were clean, bathrooms seem to have been recently redone. Kitchen was good ( leaking Fridge aside), lots of utensils for preparing meals. Good distance from beaches (10 min walk) and amenities. (20 mins from airport). Vehicle required if you're not up a stroll.Not so good: No pool lighting. Wiring seemed to be the issue (aged property), no landscapibg (lots of mosquitoes), The beds are small, they are NOT queen or king sized. They are small beds joined together ( very uncomfortable for couples. Took away alot from the experience.

House keeper was pleasant and helpful.
Security reports in Tobago was a concern and we took necessary precaution as we have done in many other countries visited.
