Our stay at the house was everything we were looking for. The view - spectacular, the accommodation - everything the website promised, the food (thanks to our girl Peggy) incredible and Paul a great host. Paul arrived first thing every morning to ensure that we were comfortable and in need of nothing. Peggy's meals were more than we could have asked for, so much so my cousin Nick even made her a proposal to take her home to the U.S. if she would continue to cook for him. Getting into the house one got a little workout climbing the stairs but with all the heavy food we consumed we needed the exercise. The Golden Girls (Kath, Mon and Cynths) sat on the veranda and played cards all weekend only stopping to get something to eat, unless they caught someone passing and instructed that unfortunate soul to bring the food out to them. We got a little loud with the karoake one night and disturbed the couple downstairs (who we should not have agreed to let have a piece of our haven) but while it lasted we entertained quite an audience (we could hear people laughing from the street), all in all it was a great weekend and we plan on doing it again soon.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Hibiscus Heights. We were all very comfortable and satisfied with everything. We had the best 5 days ever. The house was inviting, beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Mrs Gilliam and Mr Paul were not only friendly but available when needed. If you are looking for somewhere spacious, comfortable and quiet here is the place to stay

We stayed in the Corner View apartment of Hibiscus Heights. The apartment is lovely and spacious, with a large kitchen, washer/dryer, tv, and most importantly, a balcony with a gorgeous view of the water.

Hibiscus Heights and Pleasant Prospect proved to be the perfect home base for our trip. The locale was amazingly peaceful, but not too isolated - in fact, the village itself has plenty to offer and is close to both Mt. Irvine and Grafton beaches. At the same time, it's quick and inexpensive taxi ride to Crown Point and Scarborough.

During our five day stay, we took two trips to Pigeon Point, including a glass-bottom boat ride to the Nylon Pool and Bucco Reef. We also took a drive along the Caribbean Coast to visit some of Tobago's other beautiful beaches, and we also spent plenty of time right in the area. Again, an ideal home base.

The locals are warm and friendly, and Paul and Gillian are gracious hosts - they were very responsive to our various questions over e-mail before our arrival, and continued to be helpful during our stay. They live in the property right next door and were always a knock or a phone call away. The grounds felt very secure, and for an added sense of security, Paul and Gill gave us a pre-paid cell phone to use during our stay.

Can't say enough positive things about Hibiscus Heights! Our stay completely exceeded our expectations, and we will be sure to return in the future.

My husband and I stayed at the Artist's Studio for 5 days 4 nights at the end of December 2009. The place was EXACTLY as portrayed on the website, exact photos and description of the place. The apartment was quiet, CLEAN and really a joy to relax in. The beach, as well as a small supermarket was a walk away and you really could not ask for more.

The hostess and host, Gill and Paul were very cool, personable and a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the Grafton side of Tobago!
