General maintenance of the facilities is poor. The cost of staying there is way over priced for what you're getting. The janitorial staff do not exercise proper care when conducting their clean up exercises and the check in counter does not facilitate any hour check out. When my family needed to check out at 3:30 a.m. in order to check in at the port for 4:00 a.m. there was no one at the counter to receive the room key and remote or even to give back the downpayment for the remote. Pool maintenance can also be improved.

Tobago is the most stress reliever for me and sandy point village has the atmosphere very - Pleasant and helpful staff

Well keep grounds - pool -housekeeping and most of all that spectacular sunset at the beach front on the pier - monies worth for so much treasured memories - thanks lovely staff had a great Easter-loved mr baker entertament at rum punch party

My husband and I went here for his birthday in December. I must say the service was greet, the staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The best part was the poolside bar.

We also had dinner at the Steak and Lobster Restaurant. I must say, the view of the beach while dining was spectacular and very romantic.

I will definitely recommend Sandy Point Village to anyone.

The place was very clean, the members of staff was very accommodating even though we had some annoying neighbours. I doubly enjoyed my stay. Wish I had stayed longer!

Dissatisified with level of FRONT DESK service at Sandy Point Village. Nice location very scenic, but very old and dated!

1) did not have deposit slip on arrival, had it out with reception staff who wanted us to pay the deposit twice for not having the slip, although the staff could confirm that the money was deposited into their account by the faxed deposit confirmation! MADNESS!!!

-What is the purpose of internet banking or wire transfers?In this day and age of technology I am amazed that hotel owners ask persons to go to the bank endure long lines to deposit money into an account and fax a deposit slip!

2)u have to also make a deposit of $150tt or $25usd to get a remote for the tv, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

3) old worn sheets and towels EWWEEEEE!!, fixtures appliances were are old and awful, refrigerator in room was rusty & not working, no microwave.

4) on asking for fresh towels we received old shredded towels

This is a lovely place but needs an update in technology, marketing, training staff and re-decorating their beachfront rooms!!!
