The disturbance is gradually weakening and conditions ahead are looking unfavorable for development.

This indicates that widespread rain could affect the Windwards from Monday for 24-48 hours. Any high rainfall amounts will be localised and some areas will probably get little or no rain.

System still needs watching though ... things can change.

Oh well ... the Tropical Atlantic is becoming a very unwelcome host for budding Hurricanes this year.

The Tropical Disturbance I have been watching has been totally wiped out by wind shear.

Yet, in the Pacific and Indian Oceans, Cyclones are spawning all over the place.

But watch out, there is another 'blob' about 600 miles to the east of Tobago ... a Tropical Wave. I will be interested to see if this one makes it to the Caribbean.
