We had the pleasure of staying 7 nights at the Cuffie River Resort, and we absolutely adored it. The resort rests on the edge of the rain forest and Regina and her husband run this place with a family-like hospitality and great personality. You feel like coming home to relatives you haven´t seen for a long time!

Lying in the middle of "bird-paradise" might make you think bird watching is all this place have to offer. Yes, there are a lot of tropical birds at Cuffie River but we enjoyed hikes on beautiful forest roads, relaxing in the quiet of the resort or just to lay by the rooftop pool, overlooking the rainforest and having the occasional flocks of wild parrots flying over you. And of course we like seeing hummingbirds fly through our room during the day. This place offers so much - for couples, families or people who like to hike and see nature. A definite recommendation! You will leave more relaxed than ever.
