1) Did not get assistance from staff who were unable to find the manager(s)on several occasions.

2) domestic staff very, very noisy every morning where they congregated outside in the corridor.

3) The mini-stove was not working. We pointed this out to a staff member who promised to address the problem but instead offered to let us use the stove in the main kitchen at the restaurant (very inconvenient)

4) Generally there was no warm hospitality shown to us. The managers /owners seemed very indifferent, never enquired if we enjoyed our stay or even that they hoped to see us again and staff seem to care less. Mind you our party of three, were very courteous, not at all demanding and we even patronised the onsite Restaurant and Bar twice for dinner and drinks with other friends.

Will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone! There are other similar hotels available at half the price.
