The beach at footprints?

Post by Anessa DM »

I've heard that footprints have done some renovations and have seen some good reports from recent visitors, so I'm considering staying there this July. The only thing I want to find out is about the quality of the beach - how close is it to the resort, is is safe for young children? Thanks, would appreciate a response from someone who's been there recently.

Hi
I haven´t seen the place for some years, but the beach and the houses should be on same place, or? No other houses are around, from the main building I went down to the beach and it was only about 100m or so.

I has a very nice sandy beach with a small reef far out. But there are cliffs on both sides, so sometimes the sea level inside might be a litle bit higher compared with outside, that can give a small current if one is too far out.
It´s safe I would say, but of course, very young ones should never be left alone.
