We have never stayed in a guesthouse, but I can not imagine a more gracious atmosphere.
Rooms are very comfortable, living room and kitchen kept spotlessly clean and are a good way of meeting other vacationers. The garden is a stunner: poinciana, birds of paradise flower, copo de oro, bananas from your own garden for breakfast.
Concierge is a charming person who helps you locate interesting landmarks and ways to get there.
Location next to the Beach is a great bonus. Swimming at any hour next to the fisherman who make this village work.
Fresh fish for dinner? Visit the local fish market.
Birds of the island? Try the upper patio.
Sunburst music? Sunday night, concert by Buccooneers Steel Orchestra for dancing and drinking.
