Based on the previous reviews, my boyfriend and I were a little skeptical of staying at Bananaquit. We wanted somewhere close to Store Bay at an reasonable price. So we gave it a try.

I enjoyed my stay as the manager, Rachel, was very welcoming and friendly. So too were their staff. I liked the intimacy of the hotel and friendliness of other guests and staff , and the fact that it was close to evrything I wanted to do within our week's (6days) stay.

I was only dissatisfied by the appliances within the loft. Each appliance seemed to have a problem of its own. The fridge didn't keep our items frozen which caused some of our food to spoil, the microwave periodically shocked us with each interaction, and the air condition didn't keep the entire room cool as it should have(this wasn't a major problem as we were hardly ever in the loft).

Aside from the minor setbacks this place was with the experience.
