/ Our Hosts - Prince is a relaxed, efficiant, natural host and a mine of local knowledge as well as organising collection and delivery from the airport he arranged trips and outings and was tuned in to our every need without being obtrusive.

/The apartment - we had the upstairs flat which has a fabulous view of the Caribbean from the two balconies. It was spotlessly clean and completely equipped for comfortable living right down to books and DVD's. Everything worked, the aircon was quiet and effective. The pool is great, big enough for a decent swim or just to laze around by. Hard to choose whether to amble the fifty yards to the warm sea or just fall in the pool.

/ Prince's small car hire fleet is (by Tobago standards)in excellant condition and good value. The Mazda we had for the week worked fine and coped with island roads well. Aircon was most welcome and fuel is ridiculously cheap compared to Europe.Beware of "private" car renters - they are unlikely to have insurance for hire. Proper rental cars (like Prince's) have registrations starting with "R".

/The beachside location on the Caribbean side of the island is fine - centrally located without being too remote and difficult to get to. It's much calmer and you see brilliant sunsets. There are at least two excellant restarants close by plus a plethora of street food vendors and speciality fish or roti shops and a reasonable supermarket within walking distance.

/ Overall we had a superb holiday, the locals are much frendlier than other Caribbean islands we have visited, although it does take a day or so to adjust to "TT time"!!
