Cholson Chalets is a charming gem in a charming little fishing village. Located directly on the beach in Man ´O War Bay you can hardly claim to find a better location for your holiday.

We had a full week, and the friendliness and hospitality of staff was what first struck us. The room was great (we god one on the upper floor with a balcony overlooking the beach and felt very lucky), furnished with old furniture and you can see the whole place is being properly maintained.

Lying just off Charlotteville "centre" means you do get to hear some of the sounds of the town, including if there is some entertainment going on at the square nearby. It also means you have under a minute´s walk to get to everything and that is really nice. The town closes down early anyway so no loss of sleep in this place.

Check out Pirate´s Bay that is a 10 minutes walk and gives you one of the most picture-perfect beach I have ever been to.

Definitely a recommendation.
