Stayed here with a friend for a week in June 2008. Could not have been more impressed. The apartment was fresh and clean, clean, there was a mosquito net over the bed, and towels were available more often than was actually neccessary, which was brilliant. Juliet, the housekeeper, did our washing for us free of charge. There was also a free taxi to and from the airport that dropped us off and picked us up at the doorstep, helpful due to the small hill to the apartment - manageable during the day but not really with suitcases. Plenty of good places to eat nearby, reasonably priced. Not far from the airport (approx 10mins in a taxi). Buccoo was within reasonable walking distance (about 20mins) and Scarborough was a 10 min taxi away. Taxis are cheap and run regularly, just flag down cars as if you are hitch hiking!
