London to Tobago via Trinidad POS

Has anyone any experience (good or bad!) of using Caribbean Airlines from Gatwick to POS and connecting on to Tobago? And indeed the return journey.
Given the paucity of direct flights it seems quite a sensible route.

Hi Neil
A group of four of us did this route last October and it was fine. We travel twice a year to Tobago and obviously it is better time wise to go direct but I would do this route again if necessary and the flight days fitted better with our holidays.
