This was our second stay at Rosa's (Jan 05' was our first) and were a bit disappointed, we had reserved the 2nd floor apartment (with a deposit) for 5 nights but when we arrived were told that they were unsure if we were coming or not and had rented the 2nd floor out, even though we had sent them a deposit. It seemed that they gave the 2nd floor (MUCH better view than the 1st floor)to a couple who had planned on staying longer. Needless to say we were disappointed but still stayed in the 1st floor apartment for 5 nights.

They are basic clean rooms with a kitchenette, bedroom and nice
patio. Great location! Pirate's Bay is a short walk up the path but still very close to town. Great view of the bay and the hills especially from the 2nd floor, the 1st floor is obstructed by a fisherman's shack and tarp. We would strongly consider staying here again if we returned to Tobago but were a bit put off with the reservation "misunderstanding"
