The guest-house is located close to the beach and you can see the ocean from your balcony. The garden with its tropical plants is very special and inviting. You can relax on your balcony and watch the numerous birds. The rest of the outdoor area is in a bad state and really needs a lifting. The room is very basic but has all you need. However to keep up with the local competitors it needs refurbishing.
These deficiencies are compensated by the very helpful and lovely manager Ria, who is very interested to improve the place.

If the necessary investment are made, this guest-house can become a wonderful place to stay.
