Much like every other reviewer for Shirma's apartments, I was on my medical elective. I can't say anything other than what everyone else has, which is that Shirma takes better care of you than you would have imagined when planning your stay.
It's hard to downplay their support when they do so much for you, from weekly shops and group meals, to the daily hospital run. Shirma will always be available to help you with whatever you should need.
The facilities are also great, and we didn't need to ask for anything. Everyone gets their own kitchen, bathroom, and even their own washers and dryers.

I would recommend Shirma's to anyone considering a stay in Tobago for their elective.
