We stayed at Shirma’s apartments for 10 days and could not not have chosen a cleaner or better placed apartment to stay in. Our son Jack had stayed with Shirma 4 years ago for his medical elective and had always said we would love it there. We had a wonderful family holiday and created many happy memories. Tobago is absolutely beautiful and the people are so friendly and welcoming. The local food is delicious and plentiful and the island has a very different vibe to the other more commercial Caribbean islands we have visited. Shirma and Clifford are fabulous hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a lift to and from the airport and we were given a local mobile phone to use and the details of taxi drivers to show us round the island. We are planning to return as a family next Easter to watch the famous goat and crab racing at Buccoo. (if the NHS can spare our son of course...!)
