Humble wooden cottages built among the trees on top of hill overlooking castara bay.
Fantastic views / sunsets with easy access to beautiful beach that also has excellent snorkeling.
Swam with hawksbill turtles, rays, cuttlefish in crystal waters. Saw more birds than at Asa Wright just sitting in the room veranda !!
Castara waterfall nearby is wonderful forest walk in the morning..

Room is complete with refrigerator, small stove. Bathrooms worked fine... no problems with water or elec.
No air conditioning or TV which is GREAT for those seeking a more 'eco' experience. WiFi works well. Mosquito net over bed. Had the best sleep there.

Castara village is very receptive to visitors and there are many options for tours, sea trips, food / supplies. Food is excellent !!
Easy drive to englishman's bay / parlatuvier or back to bucco / crownpoint
