As the president of an international travel agency, I travel the world looking for just the right place for not only my clients but my family. Without doubt the Blue Mango is one of my favorite places in the world to come, relax and enjoy the "real" feel of island life. No water Skies, no McDonalds, no Starbucks...which is a real plus to getting away. The accommodations are Eco-style, simple and with great views..our favorite is the Sea Steps. The little village of Castara is a REAL fishing village, small with warm and inviting folks...you must try the homemade ice cream. The small family owned restaurants in Castara always have great options for lunch and dinner. Collin, the owner of the Blue Mango, is always inviting, helpful and ready to do what is needed to make your stay the best it can be. We look forward to coming back soon!
