Colin Ramdeholl at Sea Steps and Blue Mango Cottages, a full month after confirming our reservation for Christmas, apparently got a better offer and WITHOUT TELLING US cancelled our reservation! This is terrible business practice and reflects poorly on Tobago. He has ruined our holiday and we want to spare others the same fate.

We note that Mr Moore has gone viral with his report of us cancelling his 4 night booking with us at Xmas, 2013
Unfortunately there are occasions in every situation where someone cancels.
We, too, on occasions have guests cancel. We take them in our stride and move on without publishing meaningless accusations.
We do apologize for apparently ruining Mr Moore's plans and sincerely hope that, in the six months left until Xmas, he'll find alternative accommodation.
