The Arcadia Villa is in extremely bad condition. The pictures posted online did not give a accurate or truthful description. The house is run down. The bathrooms and kitchen are in need of complete renovations. The washer took forever to wash clothes, the dryer took 2 hours to dry one load, the lighting along the driveway need repairs. It was not worth the money we spent. the furnishings are so uncomfortable inside and out that you could not sit and be comfortable and relax. The kitchen was disgusting, the fridge was leaking, the barbeque was dirty. The house itself was spacious, the air conditioning was good, the pool was great, the view was amazing. They said that renovations would start in late August. If I knew what it looked like I would not have booked this villa. Hopefully the owners will pay some attention to this property and make the necessary improvements. At this time I would not recommend this villa for use as a vaction until they fix the place up.
