I saw that the intro. to Arcadia states that new furnishings have been installed at the villa was that posted after the September 2013 review or is that an old post.

The comment in our Summary Description about the property being recently updated was posted a few years ago - so I have now deleted it. Recent reader reports should be more accurate.
