It's a pity I deleted the photos that I took. Arcades was horrible as far as I was concerned. If I leave my home to stay at another location I expect the same level of comfort or better.

The bathroom was dirty, shower curtains had soap scum - they were obviously not washed, bathroom fixtures broken, lights missing in the bathroom, broken toilet brush (not that I would have touched it), sheets and curtains dirty, musty smelling, fan blades filthy with dirt, windows dirty, broken furniture and lamp in the room. The kitchen I refused to use. Bedroom door handle hanging on one side. Door louvres missing and broken and dirty. Porch cushions stained.

There was no cleaning before this place was let for occupation.

The only good thing was the landscaping. Well manicured lawn.

You would be comfortable there if you spent all day out and just wanted a place to pass out at night; if you were drinking heavily and liming and could care less where you drop your behind.

I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever return for another stay.

Not worth the money spent. Get serious!
