The third review of our 2014 trip to Tobago was a revisit to Hibiscus Heights. Conveniently located at Pleasant Prospect, within a few minutes walk of lovely Grafton Beach, we were fascinated to see how this charming apartment house was fairing after a change of ownership late last year. We had no need for concern; the new owners are a charming couple who appear highly committed to good service.
