We spent two great weeks in Villa Kiskadee. The villa was first class. So comfortable and so well fitted out. Great swimming pool and so well situated for evening walks to the local restaurants or down to Pigeon Point.
Particular highlights of our stay were:-
The weather. Hot but not too hot. Ok a bit of rain at times but nothing to dampen the holiday
The people. So friendly and laid back. From day one we felt perfectly at ease.
The villa's management team. So helpful from the moment we arrived. In particular the trip to the rain forest and Little Tobago they organised was great and gave us our own personal in sight into the island and its wildlife. Also, the snorkelling and rum n' punch trip along the coast by speed boat was a very special day.
The lady coming in each day to tidy the villa and the delicious meals she agreed to cooked for us on several occasions. Her home cooking was excellent and we enjoyed the opportunity to savour real Caribbean food.
The beaches. So many and quite often so deserted. To be on a tropical beach on our own on Christmas Day will be remembered for a long time.
The wildlife. Around 70 different species of birds seen, many of which were at the villa or within 5 minutes walk. We also, saw many lizards, snakes, etc which the boys liked but their mum was not so keen.
We returned to the UK totally 'stress free'!
